I am a multi-disciplinary artist who creates installations, illustrations and paintings together with performance, photography and video work. Taking reference from both theatre and art, I explore the ideas of using drama and comedy for truth-telling and examining the human condition. I have been exploring power relations, psychological warfare and the concept of failure. My work steps into a world of fantasy and absurdism resulting in the conflicts of self-doubt, resistance, submission and the need for acceptance.
Personal Profile
I am a self-motivated, hardworking individual, who embraces opportunities with determination. I have pursued and am committed to my love of art and my art practice. This covers mediums such as video work, photography, installation work, painting, drawing, sculpture and performance. I have contributed and participated in exhibitions, galleries and fairs. I keep actively involved in art forums and regularly visit galleries, shows and theatre productions.
In recent years I been running and teaching my own Art clubs company - ColourZone Art and Crafts Club at schools and independent clubs.
The philosophy is to encourage creativity without any restraints or limitations, making art fun and to nurture artistic expression.
